Returns

At On The Go, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back.

All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may be denied.

 

Shipping

We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for all our customers. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we rely on the dependable services of UPS and USPS.

All packages are shipped from our location within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after your order is received.

If you place multiple orders within one day, please contact us via email at shoponthegoboutqiue@gmail.com to request order combination, and we will refund one of the shipping charges upon request.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers (USPS or UPS). We will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
